Catherine is the owner of Luminar Consulting and has extensive experience in facilitating strategic alignment, executive development, organizational partnering and team building both in the U.S. and abroad. After launching her own firm, she has had the honor to work with Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses and many non-profits. She is a long-time resident of Durango.
