Felicia has oversight of programming, events, workshops, artist management, and contracts with Actors Equity Association and the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society. She also serves as producer of the annual festival. Felicia is chair of the Performing Arts Department and an associate professor of theatre at Fort Lewis College, where she has been teaching, mentoring students, and directing since 2007. Prior to joining FLC, Felicia worked extensively in theatre and television. She holds an MFA in directing from the American Film Institute and a BFA in theatre arts from New York University.
